1. Service Agreement
By accessing Styrkoris, you initiate a binding agreement governed by these Terms of Service. This document defines the relationship between you as a user and Styrkoris as a platform. If you cannot accept any provision within these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
2. Platform Definition
Styrkoris is a social casino entertainment platform providing free-to-play games exclusively for recreational purposes. The platform does not facilitate, enable, or support real money gambling, monetary wagering, or any form of financial transaction related to gameplay outcomes.
3. User Eligibility
Access to Styrkoris is restricted to individuals who have reached the minimum age of 18 years. By using this platform, you affirm under penalty of perjury that you meet this age requirement. 4. Entertainment-Only Model

Any virtual currency, points, or credits within games possess no real-world value and cannot be converted to legal tender or exchanged for goods or services.
5. User Conduct Standards

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to compromise platform security, exploiting technical vulnerabilities, engaging in automated access or data scraping, harassing other users, or using the platform for any commercial purpose without authorization.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Styrkoris including but not limited to games, software, graphics, text, logos, and design elements are protected by intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and trade secret protections. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal entertainment. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written authorization.
7. Platform Availability
Styrkoris is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Styrkoris reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any feature or the entire platform at any time without prior notice or liability.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Styrkoris disclaims all warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Styrkoris and its operators, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which claims are based and even if Styrkoris has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Styrkoris and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

12. Modifications to Terms

15. Severability
